Each year cartoonists all over the country submit twelve samples of their published cartoons and hope that they get picked for an award or two. Pathetic losers. You can almost smell their desperation. In a totally unrelated matter, here are twelve cartoons that I selected, for no apparent reason and certainly not in any hope of winning something as shallow and self-serving as a cartoon award.
